Team Profiles
President & CEO
Jeff Reed worked for StorageTek as a Field Engineer, supervised Computer Operations and the Help Desk at PA Blue Shield, supervised the Network Operations, managed the servers and network staff at KHP Services and worked as a Systems Engineer at Cabletron Systems (now Enterasys). Working as a Field Engineer maintaining main frame peripherals provided him with an appreciation for large systems and large responsibilities; working at the non-profit Blue Shield and the for-profit KHP Services provided Jeff an understanding of applying technology to business requirements; as the Systems Engineer for Cabletron, Jeff received advanced technical training in design, sales and support of large network infrastructures. With the founding of Classic Networking in June 2000, Jeff has been able to apply 20+ years of technical, managerial and business experiences into providing classic services for his customers and a fun and rewarding environment for his employees. Jeff was the first Master Accredited Systems Engineer for HP ProCurve.
Kathie Reed is Co-Founder and Classic Networking’s Office Manager. She has been managing all the non-technical processes that are required to keep a growing business running since the day we started.
Operations
Linda Sadler is Director of Operations. Linda has an accounting background and has brought a deep understanding of the business process and is currently taking on many responsibilities to improve the internal processes at Classic Networking.
Brandon Artz is the Help Desk Supervisor. He is responsible for developing and maintaining internal CNI applications that will improve our response to customer requests for support. Brandon is also working with the development team to improve the AllSecure Networks’ NAC solution. He brings several years of programming and computer problem resolution experience to the team. Brandon is currently attending Penn State York.
Field Engineering
William (Bill) Bury is Director of Field Engineers and was a previous customer of Classic Networking at Dallastown Area School district. Bill managed over 50 Citrix and Microsoft servers as well as the entire network infrastructure. Bill also developed a strong business background when he managed the Research Center at the York County Industrial Development Center. Bill has over 20 years of computer experience from PCs to mainframes and was our Second Master ASE for HP ProCurve.
Troy Randle joined the team in June 2004. He developed the original Client Assessment Tool (CAT) and continues to be the go to engineer for security solutions. After graduating with a degree in programming, Troy has worked the last 25+ years in various technical positions including CIO of an Internet Web Hosting company. Troy has a unique knowledge and interest of how things work and uses years of that experience to develop unique solutions.
Gustave (Gus) Nylander is a Network Consultant and an original developer of our internally developed NAC solution. He was an intern in the Computer Science graduate program at East Stroudsburg University. Gus was added to the staff of network engineers in September 2005 on the recommendation of the Director of Networking at ESU. Gus had several years experience supporting the wild-wild west of student Residential Networks for ESU before joining Classic Networking, Inc.
Kerry Bolinger is a Network Engineer who joined Classic Networking, Inc. in May 2007 and is currently participating in the Classic Networking training program to become Cisco and HP ProCurve certified.

Sales
Tom Morris joined Classic Networking’s sales team in April 2007 as the Eastern Region Sales Director. Tom has 25+ years of sales experience and will be working on refining the sales process.
Jason Reed became a member of the Classic Networking team in January 2004 when Classic Networking, Inc. hit its first major growing pain and needed to expand the sales force. Over the past several years, Jason has grown an impressive customer base and maintains strong relationships with many customers. Jason has acquired several industry related certifications and continually maintains a strong knowledge of Classic Networking’s vast product line. Jason is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in business and has been a key contributor to Classic Networking’s success over the past several years.
Brad Filipovich joined Classic Networking in November 2007 as a Regional Sales Manager. With his advanced IT experience in both engineering and sales, Brad brings a unique, valuable blend of technical and client relationship skills to clients in a wide variety of industries. Brad graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in history and has acquired several industry certifications, including Cisco Sales Expert (CSE) and HP ProCurve certificates.
