Team Profiles
President & CEO
Jeff Reed worked for StorageTek as a Field Engineer, supervised Computer Operations and the Help Desk at PA Blue Shield, supervised the Network Operations, managed the servers and network staff at KHP Services and worked as a Systems Engineer at Cabletron Systems (now Enterasys). Working as a Field Engineer maintaining main frame peripherals provided him with an appreciation for large systems and large responsibilities; working at the non-profit Blue Shield and the for-profit KHP Services provided Jeff an understanding of applying technology to business requirements; as the Systems Engineer for Cabletron, Jeff received advanced technical training in design, sales and support of large network infrastructures. With the founding of Classic Networking in June 2000, Jeff has been able to apply 20+ years of technical, managerial and business experiences into providing classic services for his customers and a fun and rewarding environment for his employees. Jeff was the first Master Accredited Systems Engineer for HP ProCurve.
Sales & Operations
Linda Sadler is Director of Operations. Linda has an accounting background and has brought a deep understanding of the business process and is currently taking on many responsibilities to improve the internal processes at Classic Networking.
Chris Crider came back to Classic Networking after working for EDS managing large networks. His role as Pre-Sales Engineer allows us to have an experienced person on the sales team that is certified in Cisco, ProCurve, Bradford Networks, Aruba and Lightspeed Systems solutions. Chris enjoys developing designs and projects that help us sell and deploy complex solutions. He has become an integral part of the sales and engineering team. Chris is a Cisco CCNP and CCDA, a ProCurve Master ASE and Aruba ACMP and holds a bachelors degree from Penn State University.
Jason Reed became a member of the Classic Networking team in January 2004 when Classic Networking, Inc. hit its first major growing pain and needed to expand the sales force. Over the past several years, Jason has grown an impressive customer base and maintains strong relationships with many customers. Jason has acquired several industry related certifications and continually maintains a strong knowledge of Classic Networking’s vast product line. Jason is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in business and has been a key contributor to Classic Networking’s success over the past several years.
Brad Filipovich joined Classic Networking in November 2007 as a Regional Sales Manager. With his advanced IT experience in both engineering and sales, Brad brings a unique, valuable blend of technical and client relationship skills to clients in a wide variety of industries. Brad graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in history and has acquired several industry certifications, including Cisco Sales Expert (CSE) and HP ProCurve certificates.
James Eboch joined the team in December 2009 as the Sales Coordinator. He will draw upon his prior sales experience and strong technical background to help maintain relationships with current customer base while helping to expand Classic Networking’s footprint within the industry. He has worked for Hershey Foods, Rite aid and The Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Association. James holds a bachelors degree from Slippery Rock University. He furthered his education at H.A.C.C. where he earned a degree in Mainframe Programming/System Engineering.
Stephanie Sadler is a Customer Support Representative responsible for providing support to the sales and operations team at Classic Networking. Steph brings prior experience working in a small business where one person takes on many roles to support the company.
Troy Sowers is a Sr. Help Desk Analyst responsible for providing support to the entire team at Classic Networking and our customers. Troy joined CNI as an intern from Cedar Cliff High School and is currently attending Harrisburg Area Community College. Troy has a technical background and he participated in the Cisco Academy at Cedar Cliff High School.
Jared Reed is a Help Desk Analyst responsible for providing support to the entire team at Classic Networking. Jared interned with CNI the summer after 11th grade and is a graduate of the Cisco Academy at Cedar Cliff High School. He will be attending Harrisburg Area Community College starting Fall 2009.
Field Engineering
William (Bill) Bury is Director of Field Engineers and was a previous customer of Classic Networking at Dallastown Area School district. Bill managed over 50 Citrix and Microsoft servers as well as the entire network infrastructure. Bill also developed a strong business background when he managed the Research Center at the York County Industrial Development Center. Bill has over 20 years of computer experience from PCs to mainframes and was our Second Master ASE for HP ProCurve.
Kerry Bolinger is a Network Engineer who is certified with Microsoft, Cisco, HP ProCurve, Lightspeed Systems and SonicWall. He is a well rounded engineer who has developed a very strong expertise with Network Access Control in addition to the normal network infrastructure skills.
Mike Brenneman is a Network Engineer that brings many years of consulting experience and a degree in Electronics Technology from DeVry University. His has extensive experience with PCs and Mobile devices added with his network infrastructure skills is a great asset.
Brandon Artz is a Network Engineer that originally helped develop our own NAC solution. Brandon combines strong programming and database skills with network infrastructure skills for a well rounded experience on site with customers. Brandon also has extensive PC troubleshooting skills that were developed on his own and honed when he worked for a commercial retailer repairing home and small business PCs.
